He conducted the hearing test and explained to me what we were going to do. After conducting the test, he thoroughly explained my results. He certainly could have “upsold” me on a hearing aide, but did not do so. He said I should be re examined in about 1.5 yrs and would probably need aides in 3-5 years. In appreciated his honesty and sincerity. I would recommend him.
